1Office was the portal I used to register my company from the beginning back in 2019. I use their business address services and annual report submission preparation.
This year, Taissia helped submit the annual report efficiently. Her communication was clear, with full attention to the details!

I switched to 1Office four years ago from a provider that was shifting to a solely 'automated' model, because I want hands-on bookkeeping and oversight. I have been very satisfied with the professional and hands-on nature of the services I have received from my accountant, Taissia Jegorova, and the other staff of 1Office.

Hidden terms in their website. Read everything and even if you open an account in their website READ. They will try to obligate the customer to be paying even if you wish to leave. Imagine you do not wish to use the service and they force you to pay "exist fee" how stupid is that? Also at least 2x overpriced compared to what I got. In total for processing literally 0 invoices they charged my 700 EURs!!!! when I compared to the current market. A bit manipulation for me to pay while they could have said that hei if you do not have invoice you do not need to pay.

I have been introduced to the company through Tõnis Jõgeva, who was the representative of 1Office joining events and Board meetings of the Estonian e-resident chamber organisation EERICA. My company Phasegrowth shifted to 1Office from our previous service provider, and I immediately found it it was the right decision! I have been professionally supported by a dedicated experienced accountant: Viivika Elmi-Drobet (kudos!), who has been with my company through all unexpected documents and transactions to be reported. She stood by my team and me, and we are incredibly helpful for her timely responses and spotless work since day one of our cooperation with her. It has been nearly 2 years now and we are definitely committed to coninuing this collaboration. It gives us the sense of solidity and trust, and does not distract us from our daily tasks.

I've being working with Mari Saan for almost a year by now. She is very knowledgeable about accounting, and she provides excellent response. 1Office really is a time saver.

When we started our company in Estonia we haven't any experience of Estonian administration, 1office was there to support us in everything. We were in contact with Olga Bajeva and she has been the most helpful ever, she used to support, advice, suggest and remind us a lot of important company stuff

We first started with a company in Estonia, but it was feasible because of our location. They suggested we open in the UK, which was very quick and smooth, Annika who manages the UK office, is always very helpful when we have questions.
