Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam. I report them as fast as they create new accounts on Instagram, which is multiple accounts each week. Insta takes them down but always there are more. Parasites. Avoid.
They replied (below) but Instagram agrees with me, not them, and are now deleting their accounts almost instantly (as opposed to the months they took previously).

Big artist spam. They ask small new artists for their money to get judget and get free on their website. You get nothing for your money. I tried but got nothing they promise. All good reviews on this site must be fake. If you look on the dates is it almost the same. I think they all are fake. I would trust only the bad reviews in this one as i got scammed from them. You get the same messages over and over again

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. As mentioned, we offer the opportunity for artists to gain international exposure. We invite artists to enter our competition because we feel their work is of a quality to be featured. We do require an entry fee for our magazine competition, but this is the ONLY feature requiring a submission fee, and all of our other features are completely FREE.
It is also stated clearly that proceeds from our competition provide support to different art-related non-profit organizations from various countries for each quarter. Every artist that is chosen receives a hard copy of the magazine for free. We run a magazine competition though and unfortunately are unable to select everyone as a winner. Again, we offer you the opportunity. It’s up to you if you enter. You can always tell us it’s not for you, maybe one of our other options suit better.
Just to be clear about Trustpilot. Trustpilot is a well-respected review company. Their software almost instantly detects fake reviews. Try to post 2 reviews under different names, you’ll get banned immediately. We cannot choose when or how those who post a review go about doing so.
Our teams work very hard to provide assistance and support asap. We do our best to ensure all queries get attended to promptly and will gladly assist should you have any issues with messages you receive. We of course never spam anyone. Five Stars aren’t enough!
I was contacted by them through Instagram and applied for Q3 2018 magazine on April. The result came out on July 2nd. My artwork was featured on the cover page!! Moreover, I was selected as ‘Artist of the week,’ and my website was shared with their 91k followers!
While I was waiting for the result of Q3 magazine, they always responded back to my email even though it took a while since they have a high volume of emails.
When they shared my website on their Instagram story, they kept me posted the number of views. They are very friendly and professional.
I truly appreciate the opportunities that 1340art created for me.
Can’t wait to see the hard copy of 1340art Q3 magazine!!

Artwork I ordered was great, but info on expedited shipping was not. It took several emails on my part to get someone at 1340gallery to reply and give me information. Improved customer service with quicker turnaround times in getting back to customers would go a long way to making me want to try purchasing again.
