I have been with 1310 since September…
I have been with 1310 since September last year (2024). Connection is stable and fast, reliable and with very few issues.
Lately we had a latency spike for the couple of weeks but now is looking better.
Definitely recommend to anyone
Good Service
Service has been good so far, downside when i tried to order online my address didn't exist yet, i went for the 900/900 package and wanted the upgraded router that was FOC when ordering. Unfortunately I got the basic router which isn't strong enough for my house. Besides that internet has been consist through wired. wireless only is subpar but that isn't there fault, its the basic router that was supplied.

A fast and reliable service
Have been with 1310 for 18 months now. Impeccable service and fantastic speeds, way faster than we need. Service has only gone down twice during the period we have had it and both times it has been other ISPs fault digging up the road and disturbing the fibres.

Terrible company. Awful customer service. Their own policies and consumer law are not adhered too. Would not recommend 0/10.

Reliable on the whole, dropouts and router reboots very occasionally.
Avoid
Avoid. As a new customer, I was promised an activation date. Upon that date and some time later, there has been no internet and no support (1310 repeatedly promised call back and did none of that). We used our own router and confirmed that it works (connects to the internet immediately). The ball was firmly on 1310's court. The poor service essentially meant that we were paying for a service that we did not receive. The repeated breaking of the promise in calling back was infuriating. I am now seriously considering cancelling my contract for a full refund.
Update: 1310 finally sent a reply (email, not a call as promised) after two days but confirmed that their residential support team had not been working when I was promised a call back, despite repeatedly assuring me at the time that they were still working. Total shambles

We are a relatively new customer but the service we have received from initial order all the way through to installation and operation has been superb!
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been without internet for days at a time, with repeated outages in the same week. As someone who works from home and creates content, this has cost me real income. My wife also works from home and has been directly impacted.
Support is only available 8:30am–5pm, which means if something goes wrong in the evening or weekend, you’re left completely stranded until the next business day. During one outage, I was wrongly told the problem was with my setup, even after proving it was correct. It later turned out to be a fault with the network provider.
The service is unreliable, the communication is poor, and there is no sense of urgency when customers are left without a vital utility. I’ve had to ask for cancellation so I can move to another provider who can actually deliver a working connection.
Avoid if you need a stable internet service for work or family life.
1310 - Rock solid service
I have been with 1310, for 3 months now. During those three months, I have had a more reliable, more affordable and faster connection with any hiccups and concerns answered by the team with professional and speed. I moved away from Virgin Media due to the rising cost and lack of care, for a customer of 5 years.

Didn't get off to a good start after…
Didn't get off to a good start after getting addresses wrong and then had a little difficulty getting connected. But will say that Daisy in support was always courteous and helpful.
We are now up and running and everything else is fine,if it hadn't been for the bad start would probably have given 5 stars
