Amazing!

Stumbled upon this gem and I’m so glad I did! Their clothes are amazing. If I could rate their customer service a 10 I would. So responsive and helpful. You will not be disappointed! Clothes are quality and so cute!!!

Excellent Customer Service/Quality Clothing

First and foremost, I love12th Tribe's clothing. I recently updated my wardrobe for my birthday and our Costa Rica trip. As many are aware (for those who shop 12th tribe especially), the sizing differs, and their sale items are always final sale. I've had the pleasure of speaking to the 12th tribe rep, Brenda, and she has been absolutely accommodating and extremely helpful. She assisted me with an order from Nov and Dec where I purchased items with a recommended size; however, the sizing was off on me. So, Brenda accommodated me and allowed me to exchange a sale item. More recently, I ordered a killer birthday outfit for Feb 17, and the scheduled delivery wasn't going to be at my house on time. Brenda went above and beyond and assisted me with a 2-day express delivery at a reasonable cost and is allowing me to return a sale item for store credit. I'm a very happy (returning) customer, not only for the clothing, but because of Brenda's excellent customer service.

I orders an item and it was little…

I orders an item and it was little small on me and the size bigger is sold out so I asked for a return.. they discounted $10 fee for a labor, so I lost $10 + $7 shipping.. I’ll avoid buying on this store again cause if something just doesn’t fit on me and they don’t have my size I lose money.

10/10 exchange experience

I received my order and immediately did a try on haul only to find one item was too small after I went with reviews to size down. Went online to start the exchange process as I loved the item, but the website was having some technical issues. I sent an email and within 5 minutes I had Jackie assisting me with my exchange. She went ahead and placed the exchange ticket for me and emailed me over the prompts that I needed to do on my end. 10 out of 10!

not worth the price

I ordered 3 items that I was pretty excited about. I live in Canada and the items arrived separately and each time I had to pay more shipping fees. One package was $10 extra another was $50. The clothes fit fine and according to size but are so cheaply made, and at prices where you would expect a higher quality item. One pair of pants ripped at the seam, and the other pilled. Both of the pants seem as though the zipper was not put in properly. The sweater pilled as well after one use. Beautiful looking clothes, not worth the price at all!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Do not order from here if you've got a time constraint. I paid extra for priority shipping roughly two weeks before New Years to make sure that my outfit got there in time. About a week and a half after I ordered, I asked them how it was possible that my package hadn't arrived yet and they said it won't arrive until Jan. 11, nearly a month later. They refused to cancel my order or offer me a refund.

Awesome Customer Service!

I had been searching online for a specific skirt and shirt that was no longer available on 12th Tribes website and Sheela provided the best customer service! She helped me find my items and provided me the links and I was able to purchase before they got snagged online again! Excellent customer service!

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. This company will do everything they can to not refund you. Ordered 3 items for just over $200. Terrible quality for the price tag. Used a discount code, which made one of the items nonreturnable which wasn’t mentioned until I tried to return. One item returned okay, minus a deduction for “restocking”/shipping. The last item i tried returning was a nightmare situation: refused to refund “because it was worn” (it wasn’t), asked for it to be sent back to me & they sent me the wrong package which I had to take time to mail back, then they delivered my item to an address (with no notification until 3 weeks after) in the wrong state. Ultimately I got a refund, but this was after emailing/following up for well over a month. Customer service rep (Jamille) was so kind throughout the process and that is the only positive note I have. I will not be ordering with this company again.

Great customer service

Loved the quality of the jumpsuit I bought for my daughter but it did not fit her and did not come in a larger size. Customer service rep went out of her way to arrange for me to return it and receive store credit. Her response to my request was almost immediate and worked out the resolution in less than a day. What a pleasure to deal with this company!

Loved the jacket I ordered, but it was a bit too big and when I went to return, the website was glitching so I reached out to customer service and they assisted right away. Super helpful

Customer service came through!!

I ordered a belt to go along with a dress that I planned to wear to a wedding. The belt was missing a small part but where it was located, couldn’t be hidden. I reached out to customer service and, Megan, was a pleasure to work with. She offered me a few options and let me decide what would be best for my situation. I will be shopping here again in the near future.
