Flotide A7 heat pump.

Great delivery. Good communication from 123 pools. The heat pumps works really well. Unfortunately the supplied bypass valve was missing some PVC piping which I had to get off Amazon, not 123 pools fault. After the initial start up of the heat pump I had loads of questions which 123 pools were very helpful with.

Please accept our apology for this, there was an issue with the courier and their partner (Ferry Seed) as they would not accept the pallet due to the size and weight.

We had to find an alternative way to ship your heat pump which costs us an additional £195 + VAT to get that palleted heat pump across the water to you. Certainly a lessons learnt from our part. We lost money on this sale.

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. Easy to order, great advice from chat, told me exactly what I’d need to connect existing pump to heater. Great communication and would highly recommend for a hassle free way of buying pool stuff! Thanks

Great experience, would buy again

Full of knowledge and very quick to respond. Shipped to the republic of Ireland without issue and also advised what extra bits I might need. Contacted after about another product and gave great advice rather than just getting another sale. Would genuinely buy again without hesitation.
