Customer Service Will Always Retain Me
I personally haven’t had a great deal of experience with using the app but can def attest to the customer service, which is excellent. I have dibbled with the directory where I (dispatcher) can view a list of carriers per state that Al have registered with 123Loadboard. That is a great feature when trying to grow your business. Thanks Chantel, who has ALWAYS provided me with exceptional customer care.

The agent that helped me with my subscription
The agent that helped me with my subscription, Aaliyah, was very informative, helpful, and friendly. So far, I am very happy with 123Loadboard and its agents. It’s very easy to use and streamlines the process of getting a load. Any terms I may not understand is thoroughly explained by agents, if needed.

I used it every day for 7 plus years now. By FAR the most user friendly load board! And yes I was paying for 3-4 different load boards but only feel the need for one . 123 that's where it's at!!!!

Beware if you send an email stating you want to cancel during your trail period as they don't take it seriously. Apparently, there was an email with a link I never received and was charged for 3 months without even using the service and they refused to refund me.
