I found this new load board and have been giving it a try out. It’s easy to use and booking loads is straightforward. The customer service so far has been top notch and they are more than accommodating with new customers.
Most of the loads are US based but they are expanding their base to provide more opportunities for us Canadian Truckers using the spot market.

Adelina Proveja assisted me in understanding and using the tools on the load board quick and easy. I did not see a lot of options today but I was told this is the best load board to use for box trucks, so I am going to give it a try.

One of their employees, Chelsea, was of great help to us. She help set up our account and our plan all in a matter of minutes. You can see everything you need to know about the loads and whether or not it's right for you. Overall, it was a very good experience for us and the quality of service was very good.

First off, 123Loadboard is a one-stop-shop with all the tools you need right at your finger tips. As a new entrant into this business, I found this program to be very easy to use and extremely user friendly. I called customer service to make a change in my account and the CSR, Aaliyah was great! She took the time to walk me through the software and explained how the features works so that I could get the most out of my load search. She was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend using 123Loadboard.

My carrier has a new authority and it is hard for him to book loads. I called in to unsubscribe and Sarah took great care of me. She took into consideration that our authority was new and extended our billing date past our due date giving us the chance to book loads with companies that need 90 days or more authority. She also sent me a list of brokers that take new authorities best experience today I've had so far thank you Sarah

Of all the apps out there, it can be said, "you get what you pay for." Except 123LoadBoard, you get MORE than what you pay for! Besides the basic load board info (loads, brokers, rates), you get the best personalized customer service. And it's real, like the rep gives you that feeling that he/she does care about you, your business, and its success. The app is relatively easy, and its made easier by a real live demo with a rep walking you through the entire app. It's the only one I use now.
