10bet is definitely not the best site available with many bugs however, but it does offer live video and a good selection of sports markets. For casino players it is fine too and it was easy for me to opt out of games. The promotions on paper look great, quite strict rules which you need to be aware of for the ongoing bet 75 get 10 free offer which you can qualify for 10 times a month. This applies only to selections that are evs or greater and to your first bet only - i believe it is first bet struck as opposed to settled but it doesn't really make that clear enough in the rules.

Sometimes it can feel like you have staked many hundreds of pounds before you actually get the free bet and often I have contacted them to get it which is a pain.

The issue I have with them is what they describe as connected promotions.

Offer is money back as free bet if your horse finishes 2nd first bet only max £10 in one designated race, a common promotion offered by many bookmakers.

I struck my bet , More Thunder - it was 2nd I did not get my free bet.

10bet told me I cant combine promotions so it doesn't count.

Now as 10bet offer this rolling promotion for bet 75 get 10 which I Can't pick and choose from then it means for anyone who has not used up their quota of 10 x 10 free bets this month already that thid promotion will not work for them at all.

I explained this to them but they stand by their terms.

This is what most players and auditors would describe as misleading.

If I place a 2nd bet on the race after the one that qualifies for the bet 75 get 10 then that won't count as it is first bet only.

Pointless offering this type of promotion to the majority of customers.

Payments are fast so I don't want to leave them but when there is a promotion which is offered but cannot be honoured for the majority of customers then it makes this losing customer lose loyalty to the brand, it feels like a fraud and obviously I now ignore those incidental offers.

Do NOT bother signing up with them. They do everything they can to trick you out of promotions and any bonuses you have.

Signed up and got a £34 bonus for my matched deposit. Had £82 in my balance and withdrew £5 so they took all of my £34 bonus off me without warning. Doesn’t even make sense as £34 was bonus funds and rest was cash but yeah bonus just gone.

Can’t have any other promotions whilst starting out with them also so even if you qualify they don’t pay you on them. STAY FAR AWAY
