While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

These people are scammers

These people are scammers. They bait you by offering a tax refund advance and after you give them permission to file your taxes for the advance, they send you an email almost immediately saying they’re experiencing technical issues processing your refund advance. When I called to get clarity on whether that meant I was denied or not, the lady had a horrible attitude. She said “we aren’t having no technical issues, you were denied and are free to go apply somewhere else.” With a horrible attitude!!! They get you to let them file your taxes with no intentions on giving you an advance. You can’t find any reviews on these people no where neither can you find an established business in Florida for them. These people are scammers! Stay away!!!!
