We can see on the system that your delivery failed due to restrictions at your address that we had no prior notification of before delivery was attempted.

Due to this failing on the first attempt the order had to go back to the delivery depot to be rescheduled for another day once we had information from yourselves on the restrictions.

We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
