Worst experience I have had
Called customer service a week ago and they told me they don’t provide help for none German speakers. I called again today, I was communicating in German (although not perfect), the lady just told me “you know what, goodbye” and dropped the call when I was still telling her the reason I called…. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.
