Review of Van Mossel Mega Occasion Centrum

First and last time at this company

First and last time at this company. I bought my car in the beginning of November. 1,5 month later the car one day just didn’t turn on again. On the day that I wanted to travel to my family in Germany for Christmas.
After around 20 calls, they finally said I should pay for the road assistance and they would give me the money back(still didn’t get anything back by the way).
When I went to Van Mossel Eindhoven(because they had told me that whatever happens with the car I can go there and they will assist me), they told me that their agenda is full and it would take 7-10 days for the car to get checked. Plus they are not specialised in fiat, so they weren’t sure if they would be able to fix it in the end and it might needs to be transferred to van mossel fiat in Tilburg.
I asked them then if they could give me another car to go to my work at least, since I find unacceptable that I paid the 1000€ more to get the full-service package, so my car would be delivered in the perfect condition. They said “no, we didn’t sign for this in the contract”. Even though they have car rentals and leasing as well.
One week later my partner went there to check what is going on. They told him that the car wasn’t checked yet, but they were very happy because “oh, we found a date to check it. 16th of January.”(it was the 30th of December and already a week after the car broke down)
We are then coming to the day of today, 15 days later, I didn’t even receive a call from them or an update, I’m still paying my loan at the bank of course, for something that I don’t even have. It’s snowing for 6 days and I have no other solution to go to my work or anywhere else. I bought a car, so I have a car and not to bike or walk in these weather conditions.
They just have 0 sense of customer service, they are good when they want to sell and then if you need something they don’t care at all.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I went there since they are a big company and they should provide the best service, but I was wrong. Never again.
