Bad delivery service

I love their service, but delivery should be improved. It happened 3 time that the delivery is planned at 22:30, I even receive an SMS saying that the delivery guy is close to me, but yet, the package arrives the day after. It's annoying that I have to be up until late in the evening, and then I don't even receive the order.

I had to spend 9 hours at the airport and take a flight with transfer

My flight was canceled 4 months ago and and BudgetAir never informed me. I arrived at the airport for my return flight and realized that the flight didn't exist. We had to spent 9 hours at the airport because of it.
