Poor customer service
Made an order over 7 weeks ago and still haven’t received or had any update on when I will receive. I have tried to contact the company twice and have no had no response. Very bad customer service, I don’t recommend buying from here.

Chelsea- Irina the technician was great
Had a very pleasant experience in the Chelsea branch. Irina re welded my bracelet and was really helpful. Really happy with my bracelet.
