No bed during 6 weeks !
We had the private suite for €900 and were treated like trash. Worst customer service: no one available, bathroom exploded ( poop in the bathtub, mold in the AC, bug colony in the bedroom, doors of the dresser broken, black mold in the shower, broken cupboards and outside curtains. Nothing worked during 10 months despite our constant requests. We had a broken bed and they came to take it away but did not have the proper bed to replace it. We went without a bed for 6 weeks !!!! This is supposed to be a furnished experience ! We were moved from place to place and then to a hotel, but they only covered two nights, while we still had no bed ! We are still fighting to get a refund without answers- Juiliana is not answering and Arturo is not helpful, just turning the things around to tell you this will be fixed “manana” and juste never get fixed. They lie and just stop answering when you remind them contract and laws. At the same time, I’m sharing photos of this nightmare in Valencia on Google- Do not do business with them!
