Super fast and easy upon arrival to get the car, which included a prompt shuttle from the airport. Great vehicle. I did get the insurance, thank goodness, as I accidentally put a scratch/dent in the side not being used to driving on the opposite side of car/road. But super easy to file a claim. And the return downtown Auckland was wonderful as the worker (wished I’d gotten his name) agreed to stay a little late - 10 min - as I was stuck in a line of vehicles not moving (but I could see the rental place!). I appreciated that beyond words! Would DEF rent from them again!!
