Horrible quality and even worse…

Horrible quality and even worse customer service.
I reached out to try to cancel the order and receive a refund since it was going to take longer than expected, and they refused.
I have been trying to return the package as the quality of the dress is HORRIBLE.
It feels like plastic and does not meet the description of the item AT ALL. Eva from Boiilife said that my reason for return does not meet their requirements for a reimbursement.
I hope this helps others to not buy from them in the future.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - IT’S A VERY BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
