Poor customer service
Mode Rentals Queenstown are charging us $100 for a missing hubcap, even though all four hubcaps were cable tied on within an inch of their life. The team were unwilling to compromise on this. Poor customer service.

Hello Joseph, we appreciate you providing this review however we can not find any booking under your name. We do use cable ties so hubcaps do not just fall off.
