Dropped a message via the website and within the day had a replay. Ensured that they can fix the issues with my wheel and when the wheel arrived to them, they seemed to jump on it right away. Thought it would have taken a week but took 2 days. Wheel repairs were harder than first thought, but they even said they "like a challenge" and finished the wheel. Super transparent with what they were doing and would recommend to anyone with wheel issues that are out of warrenty.
Very reasonable price aswell!
