I ordered a bike light from SportOkay a year ago, at the lowest price i found it, on all Europe.
Now, after a year of use, the charge port broke. I informed the customer service, and after just 2 emails, a brand new light was on its way to me!
Today i received it. It was one of the most smooth and satisfying transactions i ever had. Well done SportOkay!
