The customer service is absolutely appalling.

From the very beginning, when my book Sword Brethren was taken on, The Book Guild have been delightful to work with. Throughout the process of editing, cover design, typesetting, marketing, etc, they have been friendly, professional and always willing to help steer me through the uncertain world of publishing.
