Shocking service
Switched broadband and landline phone service from EE to Sky. I requested my landline number be ported over, which hasn't happened. After several phone calls backwards and forwards between SKY and EE, SKy tell me that in order to get my old phone number ported across, I have to cancel my whole package order, re-order it and likely be without any service for several days! As I work from home, that just isn't a viable option. Asking to speak to a manager, instead of the India call centre, I'm told I have to wait 3-5 working days for someone to contact me! Really poor service, and I wish I hadn't changed provider. Do yourself a favour, and don't use SKY.
