Poor delivery times.

Ordered these over a week ago. Paid for next day delivery. As yet seven days later, the order hasn’t even been dispatched. I got an email from them saying that they are exceptionally busy and given a £5 voucher for next time. Unfortunately there won’t be one which is a shame as I’ve used the a lot but there are others out there now who can supply what they promise. Disappointed.

No major issues.

Hired a car from them via Zest. Asked for a Skoda Camiq and that’s what we got. The car had some small dinks and scratches to it and could have been cleaner. Especially the big sat nav ring in the windscreen but nothing too major. No hard sell at collection and told we didn’t need the transponder as we were staying around the A22 which I didn’t know about. Returning the car again was no issues. Some damage was spotted on the car, a small scratch but was told no issues. Would use again if we go back to Portugal and definitely will use Zest.

Review of First Class Watches

First Class!

Wanted to upgrade my current Garmin and after a search First Class Watches came up with a really competitive price. After reading the reviews here I ordered and wasn’t disappointed. Watch arrived on a Sunday morning special delivery and I was kept up to date with the whole process. Will definitely use them again. First Class.

Review of Zest Car Rental

Faultless customer service.

Originally made a booking with Zest for a car for our trip in June. I saw a better deal on their site for a slightly bigger car at a cheaper price. Requested a change to my booking on Easter Sunday not expecting a reply until after the bank holiday weekend. Had an almost instant reply from Alistair who was prompt, polite and went out of his way to find me a better deal with the car that I was looking for. Couldn’t fault the whole process. Have now booked with Drive4Fun via Zest. Let’s see if I can give the five stars as well!

Disappointed on dispatch timeframe.

Book ordered on the 5th October and was expecting a delivery as per the stated 3-5 business days later. This was for a birthday present on the 20th October so I was expecting it to arrive in plenty of time. Book never arrived on time although I was kept informed on the “unfortunate delays”. Received an email on the 31st October stating the book has finally been prepared and dispatched and again to expect it in 3-5 business days. I’m not going to hold my breath for this but you never know. Seems overall this company gets good reviews and maybe I was just unlucky but give yourselves plenty of time if ordering for a special occasion.
