The experience with the Snap Rentals in Auckland CBD was good. We booked a car during our recent trip to Auckland. Though the booking was made a night before, the overall experience booking a car to the process of picking up was quite smooth. The staff at their office were quite professional and friendly delivering the car within 10 mins upon our arrival. The condition of the car was quite good as well, which did run without any hiccups. The return process was good as well.

We visited Manny's Music last week to purchase a turn table. The experience was quite satisfactory right from our phone call to them and then being helped by their staff picking the right product. Though we have gone with a predefined choice of the product but the staff at Manny's assigned me a sales executive to help me with necessary product demonstration.
The pricing was matched to the best available in the market.
We are so thrilled to get the product of our choice and thoroughly enjoying.

Ofcourse being honest, excepting that the QEEQ is a 3rd party boutique ecommerce company presenting a collation of rental cars feom various companies promoting at a lower price than the actual rental companies. In my opinion, this is the only good thing this company is doing well. Otherwise, the most disadvantage for them is that they aren't a local company in Australia. Unfortunately no car rental company recognise or honor them. Therefore they have 2 options, either to open a local office or shut down these operations, which will anyway shutdown after sometime with people like me disappointed with the rental experience. Unfortunately, our A$1000 had gone stuck as part of preauthorisation, which we believe will not revert for 1-2 months. It's unfair to keep our money for 2 months, this is like a lessons learnt for hiring a car for 7 days through your company!!! Absolutely useless!!!
