They just cancelled our flight!!!

They just cancelled our flight in less than 48 hours before the departure! Their other brank, FlyDubai has flights and the price increased from €500 to €5000!!!

My first experience with them was good

My first experience with them was good. I received the tickets and all documents very fast and I had no issue with my flights.
The only problem is they registered tickets with unknown email and phone number and it was not possible to enroll for the flight on airline's website.

Discrimination and Poor Customer Service – Refund Ignored

I am extremely disappointed with this online shop. When I initially emailed them in Dutch, they responded promptly and seemed reliable. However, after calling their customer support in English and following up with four English emails, I have been completely ignored.

This feels like clear discrimination against English-speaking customers. Despite filing a police report and sharing PostNL's confirmation about the issue, they have refused to refund my money or even respond to my emails.

I would strongly advise others, especially English-speaking customers, to avoid this shop due to their discriminatory and unprofessional behavior.

Poor Service and Lack of Responsibility

I am extremely disappointed with Holland2Stay's (H2S) approach to tenant issues. They outright refuse to accept any responsibility for problems that tenants face and don't even make an effort to help resolve them.

In our building, there were over 100 cases of lost delivered packages, yet H2S continues to claim they have no responsibility and refuse to take any action. They have not tried to identify the thief or improve the building's security level, leaving tenants feeling unsafe and unsupported.

As a company managing residential properties, basic security and tenant welfare should be a priority. However, H2S's lack of accountability and unwillingness to address serious concerns is unacceptable.

I would not recommend Holland2Stay to anyone looking for reliable property management or support as a tenant.

I didn't receive my package and they don't refund my money, because their delivery partner claims it was delivered! They don't accept any responsibility about lost packages.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service. When my food was not delivered, I found no reliable way to contact either the app's support team or the restaurant. This lack of accessible customer support is frustrating and unacceptable for a service-based platform.

Their customer service is a disaster

Their customer service is a disaster! I called several times and each time I waited more than 20 minues without responding, at the same time thier online chat agent said there is no queue for call center! And, online agent doesn't help you for anything and just asks you to call again!

Fraud

We bought tickets for a concert three months in advance. One week before the concert, they emailed us that children under six needed a hearing cover. They emailed three days before the show that children under six can't enter the venue because of local regulations! And they don't respond to any message!
