My first experience with them was good. I received the tickets and all documents very fast and I had no issue with my flights.
The only problem is they registered tickets with unknown email and phone number and it was not possible to enroll for the flight on airline's website.

I am extremely disappointed with this online shop. When I initially emailed them in Dutch, they responded promptly and seemed reliable. However, after calling their customer support in English and following up with four English emails, I have been completely ignored.
This feels like clear discrimination against English-speaking customers. Despite filing a police report and sharing PostNL's confirmation about the issue, they have refused to refund my money or even respond to my emails.
I would strongly advise others, especially English-speaking customers, to avoid this shop due to their discriminatory and unprofessional behavior.

I am extremely disappointed with Holland2Stay's (H2S) approach to tenant issues. They outright refuse to accept any responsibility for problems that tenants face and don't even make an effort to help resolve them.
In our building, there were over 100 cases of lost delivered packages, yet H2S continues to claim they have no responsibility and refuse to take any action. They have not tried to identify the thief or improve the building's security level, leaving tenants feeling unsafe and unsupported.
As a company managing residential properties, basic security and tenant welfare should be a priority. However, H2S's lack of accountability and unwillingness to address serious concerns is unacceptable.
I would not recommend Holland2Stay to anyone looking for reliable property management or support as a tenant.
