Rented a car twice from drive4fun in Faro. All went perfectly well. Found the pickup spot easily and collection / drop off very professional and helpful. Prices are good and there is no pressure to buy additional insurance or upgrades.

Terrible start to our holiday. This is the worst car rental experience we've ever had. Absolutely disguisted.

1. Arrived early Bergamo airport desk - told our car wasn't available & pressured to pay hundreds more for similar models.
2. Refused service until our exact booking time.
3. Refused our Visa credit card with First Initial / Surname. A made-up rule not mentioned in T&Cs or email confirmation.
4. Forced us to buy 300eur insurance as a "solution" - then happily accepted the same Visa card for payment.
5. Took full advantage that we prepaid for the rental & had no other options at this point.

Multiple other customers were in the same boat, all visibly frustrated & on calls to customer support.

The car eventually provided was unclean and the dashboard gave a maintenance warning.

This company is dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional. Do not give them your business. Book with a reputable company and avoid this nightmare.

Very easy to log foods (for Ireland / UK) and keep track of everything. Allows you to create a new meal rather than add lots of individual ingredients each time.

Blinds arrived on time and as expected. There was a minor fault which was rectified without delay - so customer service was great.
