It’s so bad this shouldn’t be a paid service.

I used Norton before and everything just worked. You click and it opens. Now with Proton VPN, I click and wait… reload… keep reloading… nothing. Then I disconnect, and suddenly the page loads instantly. I connect to another Proton server thinking maybe the first one isn’t stable, nope, same issue no matter how many servers I try.

Sometimes I even get UK-based results on Google when I’m searching, which is frustrating.

I contacted customer service, and they said that when Google detects many people connected from the same IP address, this issue can happen. So what exactly am I paying for? I definitely won’t renew after this subscription expires.

Mijn pakket blijkt na bijna 2 weken verloren te zijn. Oké, wat zullen we doen? het geld terug of opnieuw verzenden? De klantenservice vond mijn vraag blijkbaar erg moeilijk, 3 dagen later heb ik nog steeds geen antwoord.

Geen enkele reactie na 3 e-mails. Ik heb gezien dat anderen hetzelfde probleem hebben. Ik had beter bij het merk We Love The Planet kunnen blijven.

Update: absoluut niet waar. Nog steeds geen reactie of een update over mijn bestelling. En ja ik heb mijn spam folder ook gecheckt. Maar dat is geen probleem, ik zal dagelijks een review achterlaten.

Sorry, ik heb toch een e-mail ontvangen. De inhoud daarvan bestond uit tips over het gebruik van Nuud producten. Grappig!

ordered 31-07. today is 7-8 and still nothing. i sent an email asking about my order, that was 2 days ago. today i sent another email.

Geen Nederlands bedrijf. Levertijd zou 2 dagen zijn, het is nu al 4 dagen en ik heb mijn bestelling nog steeds niet binnen. Nooit meer.
