I bought the skin care pack from Esteworld. Due to private reasons, I requested the return of the remaining two sessions. It's been 43 days. No refund was made. The required administrators did not make a statement. I'm sharing this so they can't do it to anyone else.Update June 22. On the day I wrote this comment, I also informed that I would apply for consumer rights. Suddenly they heard my voice. On my 44th day, I was invited to the institution to make my refund payment as cash . I got my refund on the 45th day. They didnt think an apologize is needed. Update July 4. Please stop insisting me to delete my comment. this is my experience with your company and it is my consumer right to share it.
