Don’t buy your tickets here

This company is really the worst if your flight is cancelled/changed.

Their customer service is an AI bot / Indian webcare team that will always reply with the same message. They keep your money (€1600) for longer than 3 months before they (MIGHT) refund you. I had to claim the money back by filing a dispute with my creditcard company.

Flights might be cheaper, but if your flight gets cancelled, good luck with getting your money back.

IMPORTANT READ before booking;

IMPORTANT READ before booking;
Just like anyone I was skeptic of booking flights through BudgetAir, but some positive reviews here made me do it. WORST decision ever.

Our flights have been cancelled 5 days prior to departure. The airline (Qatar) has issued a voucher for BudgetAir to receive payment. BudgetAir is telling us that they are still waiting for payment, even though Qatar is saying they already send it.

It has now been 2 months later, and still 0 progress on receiving back our 1500 EUR.

DONT book through BudgetAir. Its not worth the couple of EUR that you are saving by not booking directly.

I would like to clarify that the change to your flight schedule, whether your flight is altered or canceled, is made by the airline itself and not by us. However, if that happens, we do our best to find a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

Upon checking your booking, we are still waiting for your refund from the airline, and the delay is on their part. Rest assured that once we receive the refund from them we will transfer it to your bank account immediately, so please contact us via chat or whatsapp to investigate further.

Car rental Riga

We rented a car here for our trip in the Baltics and were happy with the service and the car. We got the exact car that we had booked and the car was totally new. The pick up was very easy and went smoothly.

We were helped by Daniel who explained everything in a friendly manner and who’s communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone to book here!
