They are total scammers - do not do the same error I did, to "buy" from them.
I was trying to acquire this scaffolding, advertised for a good price (80EUR, free shipping) having the code product on their website (forward slash) hjk2-20-4f94 (no links are permitted here!)
But you can check, it is still advertised there!

They have even sent me a "tracking number", that was showing apparently a valid tracking history, after only 6 days it has been declared as "delivered".
But in reality this never happened! I never received my order
And, obviously no one is replying to my repeated emails at their contact on their webpage.
They are not to be trusted at all, don't get fouled!

I can also confirm that I was scammed by fullofcarts - charged me for EUR 80, for the product in the profile picture.
According to the parcel tracking site my package is declared as delivered a week ago although I've never received it.
In addition to this they do not respond to customer complaints using their messaging system.
I do not recommend others to purchase anything from them - just scammers!

I am pleased with the reactivity in sending the parcel and also with its re-sending to me after the first failed delivery (imputable to the courier and not VidaXL)
On the other hand the respective courier (DPD) did not do his best to deliver the parcel - mentioning he cannot reach me... Almost missed the second time the delivery - luckily I was following it status over Internet and managed to reach the courrier, the second time.

Update:
After a few days of wandering if I will ever receive my order, I was finally helped in an efficient way trough the chat on the website (licente-soft.ro) and my issue has been finally solved!

I rate with only 2 stars because it took almost a week to get in contact with someone from (licente-soft.ro) for the delivery and activation.
I have used mail, phone and chat during 4 days before succeeding.
In the end somebody responded via Chat.
