Untrustworthy!

Has anyone noticed how Evri only comment or respond to the positive reviews 😂 it’s actually laughable!! I highly doubt the reviews are even legitimate.

How this company has anything above 1 star is beyond me! If there was the option to give a minus I would. This company should be shut down. It is unprofessional and useless! Everyday without a doubt I can go on my local village social media pages a see multiple people asking if anyone has there parcels. Parcels are delivered to the wrong roads, wrong houses. Left in ridiculous places, out in the rain.

Photos of the “delivered” parcel aren’t even the correct photos. I ordered something from my first years and the lady in the photo had an ASOS bag!!

Then they don’t take responsibility for the lost parcels they pass it onto the companies the parcel was originally from.

Any company out there looking for a courier service, please please do not choose Evri, pay a bit more and save yourself the hassle of the backlash of this terrible company.

Jude Buckley followed out our home inspection today. She was very polite and carried out the inspection in a prompt and respectful way. Covering her shoes in protective wear and being conscious as to not get myself or daughter in the photos. She also gave my puppy a treat at the end which was lovely.

Absolutely useless company! I have arranged on two different occasions to have a parcel returned with Evri and both times have failed to collect the item. Then there is no way of rearranging the collection or reporting that it hasn’t been collect on the App!
