This rental agency requires time, patience and close inspection of your car. The whole process took us almost 3 hours from waiting for the representative to find us waiting in a hot garage for over 2 hours, only to be given the car that was in the garage the entire time. Car was dirty, little gas and we had to wait another 30 minutes to report a small scratch. Saw on another review that others had this situation did not see a scratch in the dark garage and wer charged an DD thought it was a acam. This feels like a fly by night operation.
