Such an awful experience. No words to express criminal actions applied within company & customer service and accountancy. Full of lies. If you think that apology is enough then you are wrong. How dare you accuse honest and faithful person - client about not paid bill while it has been payed, plus give a threads. Pity that Leuven court didnt wanted to give me a pro-deo lawyer to discuss accusement in court as Telecom ombudsman mentioned in letter that I can. I hope in future centuries it will be possible. If in Trustpilot.com will be one day possibility to don't give a star and just write review I would do that and no star from my side to Scarlet never ever AGAIN. Luckily in Belgium exists Telecom ombudsman and case could get solved out without rubbing out from me extra money. You shamless creatiors you don't know what I have been through and I hope we will change roles soon. You don't know what's like child on neck and criminals stealing, braking, rubbing, mishandeling animals and with my diseability work and fool spends 700 EUR per day on clothing of my hard worked money as all accounts, social media, all my gsm systems hacked and kracked and Internet home blocked in cables, nice conversations I heard and followed in live transcriber chat, dirty coffee cups left on table in my absence, all contents of apartement damaged and for rubbish and still keep going surviving violence and terror of debiel drug & alcohol overwhelmed minds. That threatening letter from customer service signed by Jeroen without no surname is still in my head. Ptfu!
