I ordered twice from them. I bought two, then I decided to buy 4 more to get the whole set. I wanted a set of 6 matching mugs, but I got two that were new and 4 that were old stock. When I called them out on it, they gave me some money back. I appreciated that, but I would rather have had 6 mugs that matched.

Their merch is overpriced. I've bought a couple of pairs of sunglasses. One sits so loose on my face I can't wear them. The others fit a little better, but still too loose for my tastes. It also takes FOREVER from the time you pay until you get your item.

I got a beautiful watch at over 50% off. It arrived promptly, and it is the REAL DEAL! I love it!

I was just starting out as a fledgling watch collector last year when I stumbled upon Saint Bones on my Facebook feed. The watches were different than any I had ever seen. I was intrigued by their designs and thought one of them might make a great addition to my humble collection. But the price made me do a double take--from a couple thousand to several thousand dollars? The few watches I had averaged around $500 each. I thought prices seemed unusually high on everything, but also thought, maybe they are really well-made. I decided to buy some sunglasses as they were one of the less expensive items (but still kind of high for shades), with the thinking "If they are worth the cost, the other stuff will be too." I bought 2 pair--a $222 pair in late Oct.2025, and a clearance pair for $103 a month later. I remember shipping seemed to take forever. They were slow to communicate through emails. When I got the $222 pair, they fit great, and they looked great...but not on my head. The lenses were too big for my face. But they were dazzling. Worth the money? For most I would say yes--especially females--and bigger-head guys. The second pair are too large between the ears. Maybe the frame is bent or something, but they fall off my nose constantly. Worth the money? For someone else maybe--again--females would dig them. Square-frame with a 'Jackie-O' air about them. I kept both pairs. I'm sure sooner or later, I'll find the person that was meant to have them and gift them.

I ordered two mugs first. From order to delivery was about 3 weeks. I thought they looked cool, so I ordered 4 more to give me a complete set. While I was waiting another 2 weeks, I noticed that one of the two I had was a little smaller than the other. It was then I noticed that the larger mug had 'chuug v2' on the bottom and the smaller one did not. The other 4 came 3 days ago, and when I checked them I found that only one had chuug v2 and the other 3 had nothing. So instead of having a complete 6 mug set, I have two of one kind and 4 of a smaller kind. I emailed them but have yet to hear back. I think they sent me 4 old mugs. That's dirty pool.

UPDATE**
I lowered my rating from 2 to 1 star after exchanging emails with Chuug about the mismatched mugs. They blamed it on 'mixed production runs', but that is just pure BS. They either have no final inspection before shipping, or they knew and sent anyway. Whatever the case may be, I paid 'new mug' prices, and I received old stock for it. I also forgot to mention that of the emblems glued onto two sides of each mug, at least one if not both, were crooked. I can't tell if they're supposed to look like an x or +. When I brought it up, I was told all about what the emblem means--which was totally irrelevant. So, 6 mugs with taxes and shipping, plus 1/3 cost for tariff, brings my total to at least $400. To return them for a refund would bring my cost down to around $130, but that would be for nothing. Anyone want to buy a brand new Chuug for $30+shipping? I have one of each they sell.

Chuug gets a two-star boost! After my complaint about different mugs, they assured me again that all my mugs were the new version, but I still didn't believe them andI asked for a refund. They simply asked, "For how many?" After careful consideration, I told them I would just keep the mugs. That, combined with what I had already invested in them, it would cost too much to ship back, and I would just give them as gifts. They offered to refund 50% of my purchase price for the 4 I had just received. I agreed and the refund was processed. No strings, no returns, no conditions, just a partial refund, which I think, was very kind on their part. They do care about their customers, even after they have the money. Bravo!

! I've now ordered two watch display cases from them, and they were shipped to me so fast they didn't really need to send tracking emails. Seriously, less than a week after I purchased each of them, they were here. I've never enjoyed such prompt attention. I wish they sold EVERYTHING!

The only place I found Duckman t-shirts. Shirts arrived promptly and appear to be good quality, though I haven't washed them yet so I don't know how they'll handle a washing. Would love some King Chicken (also a character from the show) t-shirts as well!!!
