Absolutely disgusting experience!
Sent money to Turkey from Revolut in two transactions. App says "money ready for collection". Friend of mind could not collect them in Turkey.
7-8 emails already sent by me to Korona trying to prove transactions. They treat 10000 euro as if it is 10 million euros. Looking for statements from me and my relatives. Looking for proof of car sale. Disgusting! treating you like criminal.

No additional verification is required to process most transfers within the limit, however, according to Terms and Conditions 5.14, 10.8 and 10.9, additional information may be requested for the security of your funds in the System when processing certain transfers. It is in the best interests of the service to collect as little data as possible and allow you to make the transfer as easy as possible. This way we would process the maximum number of transfers. However, the KoronaPay system, as a financial institution, is required to comply with numerous requirements of the law and regulatory authorities.
