You have got to be kidding me with this…

You have got to be kidding me with this shit. I’m so dissatisfied with your shipping department. I received my sneakers all beat to hell and back and realized that it’s going to cost me to return this shitshow back to England. I already spent an enough money to get these and have realized that it’s just not even worth spending anymore money on these and figured screw it! I’m done with this shit. Sending sneakers (International shipping) in a bag. You people are messed up in the head if you think this is ok.

I dealt with this in the past with you all and gave you all another chance and you started sending items in a box, and then this shit! WTF!!!

Shipping methods

Products are great. Shipping methods are horrible. I’d like for the shoes that I order to be placed in a box, so that the shoe boxes themselves aren’t destroyed, when I receive them.

I am sorry to hear that although you find our products to be good you would rather the shoes be double boxed. The shoe boxes are there to protect the shoes during transit, but appreciate some people like to have the boxes the shoes come in.

shipping methods suck!

Great products but shipping method sucks. For us sneaker collectors we prefer our boxes to arrive in one piece.

Stop shipping shoes in a bag and put them in a box or offer a box selection in shipping methods when checking out.

My sneakers came in a timely fashion for being overseas and the sneaker boxes were protected with an outer box. Not bag. Thank you for making that change.

Stop Shipping shoes in bags

Stop Shipping shoes in bags. Especially international shipping. That's just ridiculous. My shoe boxes are getting destroyed.

Dissatisfied

Just like size? You need to change your shipping policies. Especially international.
I, as a collector of adidas sneakers want the box to be in good condition when it arrives to me in the U.S.
shipping my products that I spend hard earned money on in a bag does not please me or many other collectors, which we’ve had numerous conversations about.
Therefore, I’m very dissatisfied in the way that my package had shown up on my front porch. It looks as if it had been through a war zone.
All I’m asking for is to put my shoe boxes in boxes. Please.

I live in the U.S

I live in the U.S. and I would expect that when I shipped sneakers that they weren’t simply put in a plastic bag and shipped. I keep the boxes and when they arrive they are beat to hell and back and with the exchange rate these are expensive for us.
I would think that when you’re shipping overseas that you would take proper shipping precautions to protect the merchandise. It’s not easy for us to simply go down the street and pick up a pair of these shoes. This is why we order them from you.
