Dan was my plumber when the company was just him. He's now expanded and has a great team that I've used for leak detection, drain camera scoping/clearing and general copper fitting work. All of the team have been great and they are much better priced than others. I highly recommend these plumbers over others that I had quotes from.

I opted for the extra sedative tablet, since I'm not great with needles, I really don't think I needed this though.
Apart from a few small stings from the local anaesthetic being administered, there wasn't any pain.
I had the procedure done yesterday and haven't needed any pain relief or even a bag of frozen peas.

When the postal service stuffed up, leaving my package in an unsafe place, it was stolen. So I repurchased the items thinking I just had to wear it. However when I advised the Replace Base team of my new address for my new purchase, they refunded my purchase, apologised for the inconvenience and stated that the package was meant to be signed for; they would therefore chase the postal service for the cost of the lost package, since they didn't get a signature. This was unexpected and above and beyond in my mind. So thank you Replace Base team, your great customer service was very much appreciated :)

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tyson at Upper Coomera last week; he was friendly,
knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy and took the time to understand my situation. His advice saved me about $600, and that was on top of Verve having much cheaper prices than other shops. I will most definitely be back if I need more gear.
The only bad feedback I have is for the loud explicit music playing in the warehouse pickup area; luckily my kids weren't with me, but my mother-in-law was not impressed.

I was silly enough to leave my Blunt Sport on the boot of my car, get distracted by my kids and accidentally gift it to a stranger (drove off). The Blunt team were lovely to deal with and nice enough to give me a discount on a re-purchase. I still would have bought a new one at full price, because my old one had stood up so well against wind, rain and even hail. My wife still has her original one, both were wearing very well after 5 years of use and show no signs of deterioration. Friends are now getting one and even strangers have stopped me to ask where I got mine; especially when theirs is turned inside out on a windy/rainy day. I can't recommend the product and team behind it enough. Thanks Blunt for helping to cut back the throw away mentality.
