Customer Service totally absent
Customer Service totally absent! on their website the ask you to fill a form to contact them, i notified them that the item i received is faulty and how to exchange it. I have received no answer. I contacted the store for three days straight, only the last day i was able to speak to an assistant as nobody would ever answer.
