Rubbish at answering phones.
Wasted two hours yesterday and today and all I wanted to do was pay a renewal as previous card had expired. Have now sorted with online chat agent. No apologies for my wasted time! Chose not to auto renew next year!! No doubt this complaint will generate a generic reply. Too many organisations offering services these days just can't cope with the number of customers. You can't even send an email to Greenflag in this day and age!! Auto renew is used by many insurance companies and is a racket in my view for many obvious reasons.
