Review of Snap Rentals
We didn't receive the car type we'd ordered 8 months in advance. The car was dirty inside and out. No washer fluid. Oil low light came on. Basically very poor.

Review of Wren Kitchens
The design process at Wren Fort Kinnaird was good. The designer helped us choose a design that we hadn't originally thought of, and we're happy with how it has turned out. However, it was a 3 month journey that on many occasions verged on the ridiculous. Here is my review of the Fort Kinnaird staff's performance on this journey.
(1) Communication from the showroom was excellent UNTIL the day we made full payment for the kitchen. Thereafter, communication ended abruptly and we became de facto project managers for the rest of the installation process. I joke you not - if we hadn't been proactive contacting Wren almost daily, the kitchen would still not be complete. At no point has anyone at Fort Kinnaird followed up with us in any way, which is contrary to the sales patter that a certain sales representative advised us when we first sat down with him.
(2) There were some issues to sort out with the order, and the designer did not reply for 5 weeks. That's five weeks of calls, emails and frustration. We tried to call, and the designer was always "unavailable". We even visited the showroom again but sales representative was "the only one that could help" and he wasn't there.
(3) The store manager is in my opinion a waste of space and time. I don't make disrespectful comments lightly of anyone, but I would describe her in this way to her face or to a judge. On one call, while trying to track down sales representative (who hadn't responded to us for five weeks), she told us she couldn't do anything (?), and on another call related to "options" that we knew nothing about for the disposal of waste from our old kitchen, she told me she "wasn't interested".
(4) As a customer who spent over £20,000 on a kitchen, it fascinated me that the showroom staff elevated themselves to infallible status in relation to a series of issues related to our order. For instance, some side-panels arrived with the wrong length and a designer on the phone told us we should have checked this in the 3-D video (what? I didn't measure anything), and sales representative reportedly explained to us that we were to pay for the removal of our old kitchen and disposal of a fridge-freezer - he explained nothing at all about this and it's part of our long complaint to Wren. For £20k I'd expect Wren to pay to dispose of the old kitchen and fridge/freezer - wouldn't you?
I would guide anyone reading this and contemplating a visit to Wren at Fort Kinnaird to be mindful that the showroom takes no responsibility for anything, and will happily just ignore your communication or fob you off with nonsense. It's a shame, because - three months later - the final kitchen is lovely, but the staff at Fort Kinnaird need re-training, or Wren management need to be clearer to customers that the team is simply a commissioned based upsell team. I state this because this isn't how they sell themselves when you walk through the door. I admit today to having been naive, but that is the point of this review - to give you, the reader, a heads-up as to how to mentally prepare for the upheaval of installing a new kitchen via Wren.

Review of MedExpress Pharmacy
MedExpress offer an streamlined service that is easy to use and fuss-free. I have been using Mounjaro 2.5mg and 5mg for 2 months now and have been receiving emails from MedExpress about side-effects and support. Delivery is super-quick with ice packs to preserve the Mounjaro pen. I am dismayed at the recent price increase; it's becoming too expensive to use Mounjaro. I don't know the split between Eli Lilly and MedExpress, but I suspect private use of the drug may dip given the high price tag. I am re-evaluating my options since the price increase.

Review of ao.com
My experience of AO.com is okay, but forcing all order related actions online only works if the online portal works (and someone has tested it works). I ordered 2 tumble dryers and wanted today to add the service to take away my old tumble dryer. I went to My Account and there's nothing about adding a service. I used the online bot. It says... go to My Account and Add Service. I can't because the only action is to email invoice. The wait time for the phone is 15 minutes - I have other things to do. I just think --- for goodness' sake can someone at AO do a walk-through online of different situations and see if the online portal actually works. Here, it doesn't. And that's probably why the phone lines are busy.
Review of mydentist
The practice in York is not able to run to time. After three occasions of being told my wait would be "at least an hour", I've had enough. How can anyone reasonably expect patients to routinely wait this long. I run my own business and I cannot earn a living while hanging around a dentist studio. They need to sort out their scheduling and get their act together. For me, I won't be returning.
