Great service. Bought a battery charger as our old one blew up in Spain! Arrived quickly and installed easily as it was a direct replacement. Up and running now.

Sleeep earplugs-Personally these are a waste of money. Won't stay in my ears despite all the squeezing and rolling and pushing in. The plastic piece is so uncomfortable. Don't waste your money.

Just a bunch of foreign scammers, and I'm being polite!
Nothing delivered, no response to emails.
Should have read some reviews before ordering.

Was a great location for central Amsterdam as tram stop was just outside. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the coffee machine! Such a shame that the bar was permanently closed.

The ferry and accommodation was fine as usual but the boarding procedure was slow. We were on motorcycles and if it had been raining we would have been soaked through as there is nowhere undercover. Returning to the UK was even worse with a 50 minute delay at the customs where again they had minimal staff on.

Arranged click and collect for a coolbox. I was unable to collect for 3 days and had 3 reminders to collect. Sadly when I did go for it I found the service pretty poor. Staff were standing around talking, there was someone waiting to be seen at the collect counter with no sign of any staff member. I found someone stacking shelves who had to radio for assistance and eventually someone arrived. They could do with a bell on the counter which by the way was cluttered with stuff. Very untidy and not giving a good efficient impression. Shame the service wasn't as keen as the reminders to collect. Coolbox was OK though.
