The worst bank ever
The worst bank ever. Everything started with a long queue, that doesn’t move at all, because on the service desk always works only one person. Then one of the employees wrote almost all my data wrongly, so I had to return on the next day, stayed the 2 hours in queue to tell about it. They gave me a phone number and said that they couldn’t change or control my data, because it’s not in their database yet, they said that I’d have to go there again, when I said that I wouldn’t be able to do it, they gave me a phone number and said that I could call and ask them if there was any updates. In one week I called on the phone number, but nobody answered! I went again, met the worker, who wrote my data wrongly. They saved my phone number and email and said that on Monday they would call me back and tell, when I had to come and sign under the my data changes. As you guess, nobody called! Also the worker said that they would pay my 10€ compensation, but it’s not even funny! Because I spent more on the tickets and on the time, that I stayed in the queue, waited and talked to the bank employees!
As result - I have no idea, when I get my Girokonto and if they have already sent it to wrong address, without the Girokonto I cannot get salary, I cannot rent apartments, I cannot get a SIM card, I cannot request the Blue Card!
If you’re going to use a bank - I recommend you to choose any another bank, but not this one and not in this place!
PS: on the previous comment on Google maps the bank texted to me and suggested to write on their email about the problem. On Monday I wrote to the email on the webpage that was mentioned there, but nobody replied to me even on the next day! Also, I went to bank today, the employee, that made the mistakes in my data didn’t appear, I found another one and they said that I’m still not in the database!
