Terrible

1. They extended my contract for 2 years without asking and even notifying me, so they pretend me to pay for the next two years, even though I don’t have even the Vodafone phone number.

2. I tried to connect home internet. When I finally got the cable I had to call them and to spend around 3 hours on the phone with dozens of people so in the end they would tell me that their system messed up with my data , that my client number belongs to another person, and I had to create the new internet contract . By the way, I still have no idea whether this person got my bank details and other private information !

Amazing app for trading and for learning how to trade! It also has the killer feature to trade in demo! So if you afraid or want to figure out how to do it, then the app is the must have!

Revolut - one love

The best bank ever! It should have 5 stars in my opinion! Really easy to invest and to control your money. Also, I’m impressed by the features requests delivery. The most of my wishes were deployed within a day!

Don’t recommend at all! Save your money and time!

One year ago I tried to create an account there. I had to go through all the help lines with it. An employee wrote wrongly all my data, then for few weeks I had to go to the office and ask what’s going on and they always told me that “tomorrow everything will be fixed”. The employees also told me about compensation of few euros, that wasn’t even funny, because I waste much more on the tickets to go there! Apparently I didn’t get anything. After writing a review on Google maps I got a comment from the bank to write to the support. But support didn’t answer anything!!!

Better to avoid them

Always something happens. Or the app doesn’t work when I have to update something, or nobody calls the door and say that they did, or they forget to drop the letter with code to pick your post up on the packstation. 50% that you’ll meet an issue with them.

Terrible. I don’t recommend to use it!

Firstly on the website I choose 19 November to deliver, but they set delivery day it in another date after I paid. Secondly, they didn’t deliver my order! Nobody called, they just sent a message that “nobody was at home”, but nobody even tried to contact the delivery address!!! No one called the doorbell, nobody called the phone. Just a message “nobody was at home”.

One of the best apps for investors or…

One of the best apps for investors or future investors ever! Totally recommend it to everyone even if you’re not planning to start investing right now, because it provides not only the real market trading, but also demo trading for trying yourself as an investor or trader for free! And it provides education material (that I haven’t tried, but I think it will be useful 😅)

Everything is perfect

Everything is perfect. Only one thing, regarding investments - to add premarket and post market time , if it’s possible of course. Also, in some apps it’s not necessary to convert currency (maybe it’s made automatically, I don’t know), it would really improve simplicity of trading

Support doesn't work at all

Support doesn't work at all. I canceled my contract on the internet 7 months ago through the app and they still send me the bills!!! I wrote to the support and they still didn't help me. It's just impossible to cancel the contract. It seems like in their opinion I have to take a vacation especially to go back to Poland to cancel the contract!!!

The worst bank ever

The worst bank ever. Everything started with a long queue, that doesn’t move at all, because on the service desk always works only one person. Then one of the employees wrote almost all my data wrongly, so I had to return on the next day, stayed the 2 hours in queue to tell about it. They gave me a phone number and said that they couldn’t change or control my data, because it’s not in their database yet, they said that I’d have to go there again, when I said that I wouldn’t be able to do it, they gave me a phone number and said that I could call and ask them if there was any updates. In one week I called on the phone number, but nobody answered! I went again, met the worker, who wrote my data wrongly. They saved my phone number and email and said that on Monday they would call me back and tell, when I had to come and sign under the my data changes. As you guess, nobody called! Also the worker said that they would pay my 10€ compensation, but it’s not even funny! Because I spent more on the tickets and on the time, that I stayed in the queue, waited and talked to the bank employees!
As result - I have no idea, when I get my Girokonto and if they have already sent it to wrong address, without the Girokonto I cannot get salary, I cannot rent apartments, I cannot get a SIM card, I cannot request the Blue Card!

If you’re going to use a bank - I recommend you to choose any another bank, but not this one and not in this place!

PS: on the previous comment on Google maps the bank texted to me and suggested to write on their email about the problem. On Monday I wrote to the email on the webpage that was mentioned there, but nobody replied to me even on the next day! Also, I went to bank today, the employee, that made the mistakes in my data didn’t appear, I found another one and they said that I’m still not in the database!
