I placed an order on Monday

I placed an order on Monday, and after an hour had still not heard anything back from the store close to me. I gave them a call to phone to follow up about my order, to which I was told that they never received it and I need to replace an order and pay Again! I did so, because according to them the first order was never received and that means I would be refunded. I placed a new order and phoned phoned back to confirm that it was received. Spoke to the same person and they told me they found my first order and cancelled it, my second order would be delivered now. After another hour, still no order. I phoned back and spoke to another employee that proceeded to tell me they were busy buy he promises my order would come. I have to phone back 15min later. I phoned back, they ignored my call. Then After attempting another 4 times from another number, they eventually picked up. To tell me it would take an additional 15 min to be delivered and proceeded to throw the phone down in my ear. (After waiting 2 hours already). Generally, I have a lot of patience, but being told i just have to wait or phone back, after I already phoned 8 times. Is not acceptable. We received our order eventually, after almost 2 and a half hours. Cheezy bread xxl without cheese and churros, that should arrive in a box of three, arrived as only 2 (i do have pictures) Not only was I ripped off by having to pay twice, because an employee lied to me and told me I needed to place another order for it to be fullfilled and then I get treated like absolute dirt because they were busy and couldn’t deal with their customers the right way. Never in my life have I received such bad service from a fast food chain that is so well known. Please get your act together. I would appreciate someone contacting me immediately to get the refund done for the duplicate payment and the fact that the received order was still not up to standard
