I would give this a 0 star if I could

I would give this a 0 star if I could. The device doesn’t even work. My phone falls off. And when I reached out to customer service I got no response. Bummer, I was looking forward to this.

Could you please check our instructions on how to properly install Magno™ (https://www.tulmox.com/pages/magno%E2%84%A2-instructions), so that you can confirm that you installed it the right way? Sometimes, when using a phone case, the fact that customers stick one of the magnets to the back of their phones and not to their phone cases may interfere in the performance of our holder.
