Overall, a slack job

Quite honestly, not a good job on my curtains.
I order custom-made curtains quite often, so I do know what they should like and how they should be finished. This time, it was not the case.

The seams between the pieces were not ironed which makes them very visible. The bottom cut was not ironed either, so the bottom line "breaks" instead of falling nicely. In fact is not even evenly cut, with one side of the curtain shorter than the other. Yes, you can fix this by tweaking the hooks, but still overall I would call it a slack job.

Oh, it also arrived wrinkled. So now I have to steam it. And iron, too.

On the bright side, the fabric is nice - hence three stars. But i guess it's not their merit.

Terrible return procedures

About two months ago I have ordered a laptop from BCC, but had to return it (without using it) due to the unforseen circumstances. I have brought the item to the DHL and sent it back, and I still have a confirmation document from DHL. After that the item has apparently been lost - either by DHL, or by BCC.

It's already been 1.5 months since my return, but I still haven't received my refund. The support is giving me some neutral and not too informative answers, but no indication of when I can get my money back. Terrible experience, because there is a proof that the item has definitely not been lost by me. Well then, just do process a refund and investigate between DHL and BCC all you want. But no, I keep getting some generic scripted answers and no real help.
Won't ever order from them again!
