Non-existent customer service
We bought a new fridge Model BBS130 from Gastro Hero, which was delivered to us late last year. But it was making lots of loud noises. The compressor seemed to be working overtime. We've never experienced this in any of our fridges before. So I reached out to GastroHeld on January 21st, gave details of our fridge and simply asked them if there was anything we could do to fix the loud compressor noise. I received a confirmation of my query, which said that they would get back to me "soonest". Nothing happened for a week. On January 29th, I sent them a reminder. Again nothing. On February 4th, I sent them another message, in a transparent manner informing them that I was about to write a review. Again nothing. So customer service is basically non-existent with this company. In fact, due to their silence they may not even be operational anymore. This just as a caution to those considering to purchase a Gastro Held appliance.
