Ordered a pair of ASICS UB10-S Gel Kayano 20s, in the sale from £195 to £100.

Order was delivered 10 minutes ago, ASICS box but inside are a pair of Adidas Spezials.
God knows how that has happened but it’s frustrating and extremely inconvenient.

I was recommended this company by a colleague who has bought from them previously. I’ll admit I was dubious, but took a chance on a 43” TV for my son’s room. It was better than half price and was a Grade A TV. The tv was delivered in under a week, which I had to collect from a depot as I was at work when delivery was attempted. Not the biggest inconvenience but would have been good to have had more choice over delivery dates/times. TV is in perfect condition and the picture is incredible for the price. I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be using again when my lounge TV is up for replacement.

Had some issues regards delivery on first order as it took weeks and I wasn’t getting any response to emails, however they were 100% worth the wait. These wax melts are unmatched. I’ve ordered 3 more times since with zero issues. Personal favourites are Grandad’s Allotment, Thunderstorm, Muncaster Castle and Bookshop. The scents are unique, I’ve found nothing quite like them. They’re emotive, nostalgic, soothing and intoxicating.
Honestly, I could rave about them all day!

Bought some wax melt bars as they were on offer for £1 each. They were despatched quickly and packaged well. However, the scents are *awful*. Overpowering and cheap smelling, ‘deep sea minerals’ smells like washing powder, jasmine and cedar wood is like a cheap “floral” spray air freshener, winter rose and black pepper smells cloyingly sweet and the damson plum, rose and patchouli is so overpowering it gives me a headache. None of these scents smell anything like the name given. Quite how they have so many positive reviews is beyond me. Needless to say, I won’t be buying more.

Honestly, I don’t usually trust reviews but in this case I felt I had to leave one because prior to using WBAC I was *very* sceptical.
I had quotes for my car from Motorway, Evans Halshaw and WBAC. The best starting quote was WBAC but I expected them to strip this down massively, and this was just to lure me in. I decided to give them the benefit.
The guy I met was friendly and helpful and gave an honest appraisal of my vehicle (and even missed a couple of dinks so, result!) The starting offer of £6k was taken down to £5375, which was fair considering the condition of my vehicle and at least £500 more than I’d had from anywhere else. I accepted and the paperwork was done within 15 mins. I chose to wait for the funds rather than pay the £30 to get them next day (which is a con) and I was a bit miffed at the £75 “admin” fee but overall I was still better off than if I’d traded in or used the other buyers.
100% recommend. Expect to be knocked down, but my experience was very good.

Ordered a phone case on 5 Dec. By 15 Dec nothing had been shipped. Contacted RedBubble via their Twitter Help. They immediately rectified and my order was despatched. Three days later my order arrived but it was the wrong item. I contacted Twitter Help site again, but no response for 2 days. When they did reply they only offered a replacement (which wouldn’t arrive in time for Xmas) or 25% off my next order. No offer of a refund. Luckily I’d paid through PayPal so they intervened and refunded my money. Wouldn’t use again.
