I ordered on 28th November. There’s been no tracking available as promised, my order hasn’t arrived, I emailed customer service and have had no reply and the phone line has no hold service so you’re just told to call back later. Really poor service, delivery now likely to miss Christmas and no idea if it’s even coming as they’ve had issues with suppliers.
