Received payment then Blocked Me

Once they received my payment they ceased all communication. No longer responded with their email, online chat and blocked me from calling on whatsapp.
I googled and became very worried after reading horror stories from other buyers and increased my efforts to contact them. No replies at all. When I tried calling continuously they blocked me.
I have now had to spend time lodging fraud report with NZ Police and have had to pay huge fees to attempt to recover some of the money. I have been told that it will be considerably less

Atomic Wallet, exploitive, borderline scam,?

If this were a NZ Business, the commerce commission could be called upon to investigate. Unfortunately lack of regulation allows borderline scam activity that would not be tolerated here
Specifics: having purchased a crypto currency Zilliqa, lured in by 13% return through the staking menu of this app/wallet. 2 Clicks and done. No mention of fees, cautions or warnings as I have experienced on other wallets, networks. Well after some time I had earned 17 Zilliqa but in order to claim I must pay a network fee of 60 Zilliqa. Ok I thought then I will just unstake.
No, you cannot unstake with unclaimed rewards.
Ok then I will pay the 60 Zilliqa, lose and move on. No. I can only pay the 60 Zilliqa from unstaked Zilliqa. I have to buy more of this scam token that I don't want through a wallet that is downright dodgy just to get out.
End of story? Not by a longshot!
After having to buy more, losing money to claim a reward that I don't want, I then have to pay money to unlock!!
End of story? No!
Now having paid all of this to unlock, I am unable to unlock all. I must leave minimum 10 Zilliqa in account. Done? No. Now I have to wait around 3 weeks before what is actually left of my investment is returned.
All of these hidden costs and issues and not a single warning.
Why? Easy enough to do. Simple, it's more financially lucrative to not mention.
This is predatory behaviour and AT THE VERY LEAST shows a complete lack of concern for welfare of customers. In my opinion it's bordering criminal.
This is one very real review that will likely disappear amidst the mass reviews, I just hope that I can prevent at least some other people becoming victims of this so called legitimate "trustworthy" entity.
UPDATE 21 DECEMBER
STILL NOT AVAILABLE. NOW TOLD THAT I HAVE TO TOP UP MY BALANCE AGAIN AND PAY MORE FEES TO RELEASE.

AVOID ATOMIC WALLET AT ALL COST!!

THEY FAILED IN THEIR DUTY TO INFORM ME OF SO MANY HIDDEN COSTS

OTHER WALLETS DO HAVE WARNINGS, ALERTS OR CAUTIONS OF THESE COSTS.

We can totally understand your concern, it does seem frustrating. Please note, each transaction processed on the blockchain demands a network fee. That is the rule of blockchain, which may seem like a complication from the side of our wallet, but it is not. Atomic Wallet doesn't take anything for sending, receiving, staking, unstaking and claiming, these are network fees paid to miners entirely. We can't influence the fee, it depends on the network's current congestion and load. Also note, 10 ZIL must always remain staked and the unbonding period is 14 to 25 days, depending on the Zilliqa blockchain's current load. That are the rules of the ZIL Foundation.

Changed from Slingshot 3 months ago. Slingshot barely cut out over many years. Multiple outages with 2 degrees broadband. To add insult to injury the public response from the company when someone suggested compensation is to make a joke that the downtime only amounts to a few cents.
That is spalling and insulting, particularly when the outage occurs mid evening during level 3 lockdown for a number of hours.

BOOKED THROUGH POST HASTE AND HANDED TO NZ COURIERS, SO ALTHOUGH NZ COURIERS WERE THE MAIN ONES AT FAULT, POST HASTE ARE TOO FOR HANDING TO THEM FOR DELIVERY, THUS INCLUDING THEM AS PART OF THEIR NETWEORK!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT. NZ COURIERS COMPLETELY SCREWED ME OVER!
I needed a part for a very important job to be completed before the weekend. I phoned multiple times and conveyed this to multiple people over multiple days. I WAS PROMISED it would be delivered on time and was even provided a delivery time. that time came and went and after phoning yet again I was told it was still on the premisis. I am some distance away but requested to know if it would be delivered today. I told them to let me know because if not I would (very unhappily) driver the 75km round trip to deliver myself. they said they would contact the driver and call me right back. 1 1/2 hours later after no call back, I phone again only to be told that it had been left at reception for me. At this time I am livid, absolutely livid. I cantact the engineer waiting for the part and am told it will be too late now to complete before the weekend.

I would have driven this part myself had I been given the opportunity. NZ Couriers, you are the very worst and robbed me. If I could rate lower I would. I have had many bad experiences with this company, but this is the worst. Had I known the sender was using them I would have intervened, but too late now. Avoid this company, let them become a victim of their own inadequacies and hopefully before too long we forget that they ever existed.
