Hi there , I have wrote an email to you a couple times to cancel the subscription and had a confirmation on email but it’s still taking my payments and sending coffee pods to my house now we have two boxes at the same time .
Avoid!! Trust this Uk company when I was planning my trip in Faro Portugal; then they assigned the car hire via Drive4fun. They tried to scam your €500 Euro , but you have to pay for it first on credit card to see if you have that much money to charge if anything goes wrong . After returning the car , they checked the car with you , no damages they let you go without signing anything. After two months , their company tried to proceed a transaction but luckily my Revolute card sent me an alert. (Happy to upload photos as a proof)
You are bunch of evil corporation tried to scam travelers money. How can your company protect your valuable customers !? You should cut the partnership with Drive4fun to make your company more trust worthy .

Please be advised that the vast majority of rental customers will be required to leave a security deposit upon collection of the vehicle.
As such, Zest make every effort to ensure that the deposit amount and terms specific to the rental provider are listed at the time a quotation is generated.
In addition to this, as this particular bit of information is extremely important and we know that customers are not able to collect a vehicle if these terms are not met, customers are not able to make a booking on our website without first agreeing to this term.
I have reviewed the correspondence which took place once the rental had ended and can confirm that our post rental Customer Relations Team clarified with you that the charge was a pre-authorisation which was released back to your card upon the successful return of the vehicle.
We were not aware that an additional charge had been applied however and, as such, our Customer Relations Team have contacted the rental provider and will be in touch with you as soon as we have received a response.
Thank you for your patience whilst this matter in investigated on your behalf.
Scam!!! Please avoid at all cost ! My trip was in late Sep all finished , they tried to take my money today on Nov 28th. Good that Revolut account flagged that to me and terminated my card. I would also warn Zest ( the UK company ) not to use them, or perhaps they are part of it .
I don’t know how Holafly can get 4/5 stars . The waiting time to talk to any agents is crazy, u need to wait for half an hour , one time is few hours. Have been a month the promising refund is not receiving, no response with any emails.

I bought two tickets with £3.30 refund protection total of £62.56. it is not cheap!! Due to the govt law passed on Oct10th we need both vaccines to enter , but my bf and I did not get vaccines, both vaccines need to be done min of 2 months time to compete. When we bought the tickets we did not see this coming, so it was not our fault to not be able to enter. I thought they would understand plus we bought the refund protection.
Why would they ask us to buy a refund protection that can't get the refund when the government imply the law after we buy the tickets ??? We were expecting they could be more human to understand this, we were so excited to see the concert too while we can't enter due to the covid passport.
Then they said they can't refund due to multiple policies.
Took me about few months to talk to them, but still have not resolved the problems. I regret to pay my first bill which is incorrect data, just because I was afraid its going to affect my credit.
So time consuming and draining my energy for few months. I tried to contact them on my day offs which is waiting my day off time. If I need to, I would take further action.
Don't let this one of the Big six company threatening or bullying you.
Scam company, always messed up your bills. They told me installing smart meter would be cheaper by rates but it's a lie. Its even more expensive than before . And even you have a smart meter , why sti charging me crazy amount of the ESTIMATED usage ??? Can you explain to me what the smart meter for ? Tried to solve out the bills problems few times , promises they will call back, no one call back ! Systems always have a problem.
Then you will just keep getting emails, mails and message asking you to pay.and they say if you don't pay it's gonna affect your credit rate.
First of all ,it's not me not want to pay. It's because they do not have the correct data for me to pay. Second, no one takes ownership!They messed up my bill from the very first begining when I moved in to this flat. I bet they messed up alot of people bills from this company.
Not a trustworthy company , how can this scam company be able to affect and comment of your credit when they are not trustworthy and reliable !?

Great value for what you are getting for, reliable, and reasonable shipping time. I got the probiotics for men and women ,after taking the first time I already could feel the improvement in my stomach.
My fiancé gave me a budget to choose my engagement ring , the one I chose really had a bright shine on my diamond and very dainty. Thank you for the service and thanks for updating me with diff status cause it took about 20 days I bet lots of people would be nervous and excited to wait for the ring. It was a great buy
The price of products are reasonable price maybe even cheaper than other websites or shops. The products are real and delivery time is fast , got the products within 2/3 days , very happy with their service .
